With over 27 years of experience Lyall is well placed to bring his wealth of experience to the fore at All Trades London.
From serving his Apprenticeship as a plumbing and heating engineer it became apparent that his attention to detail and customer service qualities where well placed in a management role he gained experience at a young age as a supervisor and then manager before moving to a position with the local authority in the water industry.
His passion however was in front end customer based services and after 8 years returned to the industry he had started and moved from a management position to a director level where he enjoyed the position of contracts director this position gave him a vast wealth of knowledge from front end customer liaison to running the business.
On moving to London in 2013 he then took on a business development role and build up a long term customer base and engineer database that he has grown since then
Lyall decided to use this experience to form All trades London in 2015 with the goal of providing a one stop shop facility that is both customer friendly and provide the highest possible service to his customers.
The ethos is customer service and he thrives everyday to improve it for all of All Trades customers.
Linda Plant is passionate about business, and has proven herself to be ambitious, motivated and driven. She is a self-made woman, and success has given her the freedom to enjoy all that life has to offer, while remaining true to her values.
Linda is an interviewer on the BBC1 The Apprentice , and when she met Lyall, decided that his business was perfect for her guidance and support. Lyall has already established, in a short time, a very worthwhile company. Linda considers that together they can take it to the next level.
Starting life from humble beginnings selling fashion from a market stall, her hard work paid off in her acceptance of Northern Business Woman of the Year. She took her career a step further by selling her designs worldwide with her international knitwear brand, which went on to become publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. She also built and ran an electronics company that she sold after three short years, for a substantial profit.
They have shared values in placing the customers’ needs first and providing a high standard of service.
